Nikita Dragun has been arrested for causing a disturbance and being disorderly at The Goodtime Hotel in Miami, according to TMZ.
The social media star had allegedly been walking around the pool area naked, where Nikita disregarded orders from security to respect the hotel’s rules.
When police were called and arrived at the scene, Nikita was playing loud music from her hotel room. After knocking and identifying themselves as police, the beauty mogul quickly opened and shut the door to her room. She then unlocked the door, asking, “Do you want more?” before opening a bottle and spraying water on police and hotel security.
Reports reveal that Nikita was arrested on charges of battery on a police officer, misdemeanour disorderly conduct and misdemeanour battery.
This isn’t the first time Nikita has been in trouble with security this week. Just hours before the arrest, Nikita was “escorted” out of a Miami club by six security guards.
Nikita addressed the incident in a series of tweets. The 26-year-old influencer claimed she was forced to leave after she confronted Miami music duo Black V Neck for “disrespecting another woman in my presence.”
While Black V Neck asserted that Nikita’s claims were false in multiple tweets, she doubled down on her statement, writing, “Bottom line. i see a man put hands on a woman. please ‘call the cops.’ cus need u forget. i know i look like a Doll on the outside, but i still hit like a Dude.”
Nikita’s fans have urged social media users to be kind to the viral star, given that she has long struggled with her mental health. Earlier this year, Nikita took to YouTube to reveal that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder following a manic episode that left her hospitalised.
Other users are reluctant to give Nikita the benefit of the doubt, especially considering her checkered past.
Hours later, TikTok user @potatothuginnn shared an alleged clip from a Zoom call in which it appears Nikita is wearing an orange jump suit and asks a judge if she must remain at the men’s prison.
“Do I have to stay here in a men’s unit still?” Nikita asks, to which the judge responds, “Yeah, I don’t make the rules up there.” The judge seems to suggest trying to find “proper accommodation” for Nikita.
