Sofia Richie is a fiancee!
Just one year after making their relationship Instagram official, Sofia and music mogul boyfriend Elliot Grainge are engaged.
“Forever isn’t long enough,” the 23-year-old captioned a photo of the proposal, with Elliot down on one knee surrounded by candles and flower petals.
The two were first spotted together at the start of 2021, but seemed to make it official around the start of April when Sofia began posting Elliot on her social media.
Who is Elliot Grainge?
Elliot is the founder and CEO of his own independent record label, 10K Projects, which originally signed Tekashi6ix9ine.
Music runs in the family, as his father, Lucian Grainge, is the chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group. Lucian made a lasting impact on the industry as Billboard’s first-ever Executive of the Decade. He also received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was knighted by the Queen in 2016.
Amassing 18 gold and 8 platinum/multi-platinum singles under his label so far, Elliot’s impressive career landed him a spot on Forbes‘ 30 under 30 list.
In 2019, 10K Projects joined forces with Create Music Group to make a strategic investment in management and marketing company Homemade Projects to launch a new record label, Homemade Records, focused on Gen-Z talent.
Homemade has represented several digital-native creators over the years, including Musical.ly star Jacob Sartorious and TikTok star Larray.
