How To Get TikTok’s Viral ‘Vampire Skin’ This Halloween

Just in time for spooky season, ‘vampire skin’ is the latest beauty trend to sweep TikTok.

Created by London-based makeup artist @imonaugust, vampire skin takes a page out of Twilight’s book (literally) by mixing glitter with foundation to give your skin that Edward Cullen-in-the-sunlight glisten.

Achieving vampire skin is really that simple. First, prep your skin for a glittery base with a hydrating primer. Second, mix your favourite dewy liquid foundation with a cream glitter product— light to medium coverage foundations work best while full-coverage matte foundations will be trickier to apply.

If you’re looking for some extra glisten, take some powder highlight up your cheekbones, down your nose, and across the high points of your forehead.

Really lean into this iridescent glow and avoid applying the rest of your base products like blush, bronzer, and contour.

Safe to say we’ll be seeing a lot of Twilight-inspired glam this Halloween.
