Known for being a vocal advocate for the sex industry, Cardi B is making major moves in both the adult content and creator spaces, the rapper recently revealing she will be launching a new creator platform CENTERFOLD, in collaboration with Playboy.
Sharing the news in an Instagram post, Cardi B explained she will be the founding member and creative director of Playboy CENTERFOLD – a platform described as “the home for the world’s top creators to interact with their fans.” Ahead of the launch of CENTERFOLD, she announced herself as the “FIRST EVER Creative Director In Residence” at Playboy.
The post further explains CENTERFOLD will be “a platform for creative freedom, artistic expression and sex positivity.” The caption reads “my first project with @playboy !!! introducing CENTERFOLD, so excited to share this platform with so many amazing creators @playboycentrefold.”
The CENTERFOLD Instagram boasts over 50K followers at time of publication, and the website, which is currently live features a slew of talent on the homepage, with options to ‘Log In’ or ‘Sign Up’, plus, the option to ‘Become A Creator’. CENTERFOLD looks to be a competitor to the likes of OnlyFans, allowing you to “Follow” creators, before offering a paid subscription option. The brand Instagram reading “Regardless of who you are, where you live, or what your pleasures are, CENTERFOLD celebrates you. Welcome home.”
