Addison Rae is swapping TikTok for the big screen, and we finally get a sneak peek!

After the much-anticipated wait, Netflix has dropped the trailer for He’s All That, a gender-flipped remake of the 1999 teen comedy, She’s All That.

Directed by Mark Waters, the genius behind Freaky Friday and Mean Girls, He’s All That feels very “2021” in comparison. Addison stars as Padgett Sawyer, one of the popular girls at her high school, who also happens to be a social media influencer.

The trailer begins with Padgett’s fall from grace. While live streaming to her followers, she catches her boyfriend Jordan Van Draanen (Peyton Meyer) cheating on her. As if this is not enough, her reaction is also caught on camera. Quickly met by a string of hate comments, her live stream starts to go viral “in the wrong way.”

To salvage her reputation, Padgett decides to “make another Jordan.” On her quest to “create the next prom king,” Padgett comes across Cameron Kweller (Tanner Buchanan). While he is a “total disaster” in Padgett’s eyes, she works her magic and transforms him into every girl’s dream. In typical rom-com fashion, she falls head over heels for him along the way, and things start to get complicated.
