Beauty mogul Kylie Jenner has officially purchased a new home for a cool $36.5 million USD (AKA $57.1 million AUD).
The world’s youngest self-made billionaire is venturing outside the gates of Calabasas, purchasing a “resort compound” in one of LA’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, Holmby Hills.
At nearly 20,000 square feet, the estate has a modest 7 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor home theatre, a pool, gym, bar, games room, sports court, a 24/7 guardhouse and multiple guest apartments for her entourage.
According to the Daily Mail, the property was originally listed for $45 million USD, so we guess it was technically a bargain???
There is no word on if Kylie plans to sell her Hidden Hills mansion, which she purchased in 2016 for $12 million USD.
