Josh Richards is making some moves.
Page Six reports the Triller star is heading up a new project with Unrealistic Ideas— the production company led by Hollywood legend Mark Wahlberg and business partners Stephen Levinson and Archie Gips.
The production company is called CrossCheck Studios and will focus on bringing content to life from “internet-native creatives” for Gen-Z.
Exciting for Josh, the influencer will be CEO of CrossCheck Studios and his business partner, Michael Gruen, will be the president. The two are partners in TalentX Entertainment, a talent development company that conceptualised Josh creator house, Sway LA, where Josh used to reside.
Back in May 2020, Josh announced his departure from Sway after a string of scandals to focus on his career. By October, Josh had joined forces with Barstool Sports to launch the BFFs podcast with founder Dave Portnoy.
Seems like CrossCheck Studios is just another step towards building his empire.
